Emmure - Cancelled!

Please note that our show with Emmure has been cancelled, here's a statement from the band:

To our European Supporters,

It is with our most sincere apologies that we will need to cancel the upcoming Torch The Earth tour. Upon the initial planning of this tour our goal was to return to Europe in 2017 pairing a new record with the tour. Unfortunately some unexpected delays have hindered our chances of releasing the record in this time frame.

We appreciate that our fans understand how important this release is to us, it is a record we have put so much effort into on every angle, and we feel we would be selling our fans and ourselves short if we compromised the overall release of it.

We promise to be back at a later time in 2017, and with a brand new record. Refunds will be available at point of purchase for all cancelled shows.

Japanese House New Vid

The Japanese House aka Amber Bain will be here on November 1st for what we expect to be an excellent gig, and she's just released a brand new video for 'Face Like Thunder', which you can check out here:

NME had the scoop earlier, and said:

When we spoke to The Japanese House (aka Amber Bain) back in August, she stressed the importance of the androgyny and ambiguity in her vocals. “I like that my voice is androgynous. By taking away a person's identity, all that you have to focus on is the music and I quite like that idea.”

On ‘Face Like Thunder’, Bain’s voice is as human and as honest it's ever been, and showcases the limits she can push it to but still retain her forward thinking pop sound. There's still her stunning vocal gymnastics, but you get a sense that with each release we see more of who Amber is, all while staying wickedly mysterious and intriguing.

Today she shares the video for the single which you can watch below, in anticipation of her new EP 'Swim Against The Tide', due on November 11 via Dirty Hit.

“Enchanting, fragile folk-pop from a humble talent” - The Independent

“Fragile and steeped in emotion” - DIY

“Make no mistake Leftwich is the real deal” - Q

Following the release of his long awaited, critically acclaimed second album After The Rain, Benjamin Francis Leftwich has announced his latest single, the stunning Kicking Roses. One of the record’s most innovative, forward thinking tracks, Kicking Roses sees Leftwich trading in his signature acoustic sound for layered electronics that flicker with gospel tinged vocals, offering an insight into the depth and emotion of After The Rain.

The single comes as Ben prepares to head out on a tour through the UK, Europe and US this autumn, including a date at London’s Islington Assembly Hall.

He'll be here at Rescue Rooms on 26th September: http://bit.ly/2ciR1VO
