About: Beans On Toast amassed a cult following throughout 2005-6 and then opened Glastonbury Festival in 2007, going on to play every year since. 2008 saw him support Kate Nash at London's Hammersmith Apollo and he released his debut 50-track double album 'Standing On A Chair' in 2009, which was produced by Ben Lovett from Mumford & Sons and featured Emmy The Great, Frank Turner and The Holloways. Both his debut and follow up 'Writing On The Wall' were well received and had rave reviews from the Sunday Times and The Mirror, along with 6Music, XFM, Radio 1 and Radio 2 play. His good friend Frank Turner produced his third album 'Trying To Tell The Truth' in 2011, and the two played a sold out Wembley Arena show in 2012, followed by his own sold out Scala show in Kings Cross, which was released as his 'Live At Scala' in 2013. Since then, he's made it into the top ten of iTunes' Singer Songwriter Charts, opened Frank Turner's stadium tour, toured America on his own headline tour as well as supporting Flogging Molly, and released a limited edition 10" in support of Record Store Day. This year, he promises to tour both the UK and the US again, and he's just played a stormer of a set at Glastonbury!
