Introducing Porkpie, Scotland’s 9 piece Ska juggernaut, a music force of nature that have been tearing up stages the length and Breadth of the British isles in , combining top quality dance along ska standards with well-crafted originals from their recently acclaimed 2023 album Skandemic. Their 32 date 2023 Skandemic tour alone has Sold out everywhere from the Legendary 100 club in London, to Leeds Brudenell Social, Manchester Academy to the Limelight in Belfast and the Button Factory in Dublin. Combining a DIY punk ethic and big band showmanship Porkpie have become a firm favourite on the festival circuit, pleasing festival audiences across the UK from Scotland’s largest outdoor music festival Belladrum , Doune the Rabbit Hole, Edinburgh Hogmanay street party, Party at the Palace, TRNSMT, Rewind festival (numerous locations,) Stone valley North and Midlands, Northern Kin , Irish and London International ska festivals, CampBestival and many more. Their recent single releases of DOG FIGHT and Hands go numb have been played extensively on BBC 6 music by Craig Charles and at the end of August they did an interview with the man himself as part of his Jar of ska feature promoting their album Skandemic.
