Covid-19 Update: January 2022

Here’s the lowdown of our current Covid restrictions at Rescue Rooms:

If you’re coming down to Rescue Rooms for a pint, a gig or a late-night event, then here’s some guidance that you need to be aware of…

From Thursday 27 January we will no longer be using the Covid passport or certification system as a condition of entry. However, please keep your eyes on our social channels and your emails as some artists may require the NHS Covid Pass or negative test results for their specific shows.

🧪 We continue to recommend taking a lateral flow test before you attend any event, and if you have tested positive or are showing symptoms of Covid, or think you might be an infection risk due to being in close contact with someone who has tested positive, please stay at home until you are in the clear.

🤿 Wearing a mask is by no means compulsory, but you are welcome to wear one throughout the venue. Some of our staff will be wearing them, too!

🆒 Be cool with each other. This shit can be tough to get through, but if we respect each other’s decisions, give people space if they need it and do right by one another, we will come out on the other side of this, screaming the lyrics to Foundations in each other’s face with no risk of ill health.

ℹ️ If a specific show requires it, here’s how to get your NHS Covid Pass & how to register a lateral flow test result.

If you have any questions, drop us a message or email and we’ll do our best to get back to you in a timely manner. x
